I’m Huelya and I have had IBS for years – which is not fun at all (I can see you nodding there 😄). The low FODMAP diet has helped me to get back my quality of life and love food again – so my personal project sezamee was born.
Now I want to share my positive experiences with you all and shout out that you CAN enjoy delicious and nutritious food, even if you have IBS. I’m sharing my stories in a podcast series, recipes on YouTube and instagram, organise pop-up events from time-to-time and I’m even developing low FODMAP products:
